Lisanne Bergwerff, tax adviser, is a member of the Loyens & Loeff International Tax practice group. She is seconded to our New York office for the period September 2022 - September 2024. She focuses on Dutch corporate income tax and dividend withholding tax.
Lisanne advises multinationals (mainly based in the United States) on cross-border transactions, including international structuring and/or restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning and structured finance. In addition, she advises on various international and EU developments (like Pillar Two).
Lisanne is a member of the US region team, the EU DAC6 knowledge group and the EU ATAD2 knowledge group.
