Jan Bart Schober, tax partner, is a member of the Employment & Benefits practice group. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the tax practice of our firm, during which he primarily advised multinational companies, financial institutions and funds on cross-border transactions. Jan Bart spent three years in our London office and headed our Dubai office for nearly five years. Jan Bart recently joined the Employment & Benefits practice group to jointly lead the tax team with Hans van Ruiten and further develop the integration of the Employment tax team with the other practice groups of the firm. In addition, he focuses on the taxation of companies that are active in the digital economy.

Jan Bart is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax advisers (NOB) and chairs the NOB’s newly established Digital Taxation section. He is also a member of the IFA and the Dutch Association for Tax Research. Jan Bart frequently lectures on tax law on various occasions.
