Harmen Zeven, tax adviser, is a partner at Loyens & Loeff and a member of the international tax practice. He heads the Paris office. He specialises in international tax. He mainly assists French companies and French investors (private equity funds/real estate funds/others) with the structuring and the reorganisation of their cross-border investments. He also advises them with regard to exchange of information issues, joint ventures, mergers and takeovers, venture capital funds and other investment funds as well as international real estate investments. Harmen is registered as a lawyer with the Paris Bar (“avocat”). He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the National Tax Advisors Association in the Netherlands (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs, NOB).
Harmen is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences. He is a lecturer at the ESCP Business School in Paris and at the Université de Bourgogne – Centre de recherches fiscales in Dijon.
