Frank Dekker, tax adviser, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. He specialises in employment tax, from both a national and an international perspective. He focuses on international tax law related to cross-border employment, as well as on employment relationships and engaging service providers. He also advises companies with respect to chain liability (subcontracting and hiring of personnel).
Frank contributes annually to Loyens & Loeff publications, such as 'Employment in the Netherlands'. He is an editor of the Fiscaal up to Date publication Beloning & Belasting and a speaker at seminars.
