Mandatory labelling of the list of ingredients, name of the FBO responsible for labelling, QUID declaration, name of the food, and so many more particulars will taste differently after this session! For the food lawyers-to-be, a general overview will be presented to bring them rapidly up-to-date.
Jan Somers, CEO of GS1 Belgilux will participate as a speaker in this class. GS1 system of standards (the famous “barcode”) is the most widely used supply chain standards system in the world. Jan Somers will illustrate how standard systems may concretely help food operators with respect to their food information obligations.

The Food Law Classes are graciously offered to Loyens & Loeff clients.
Other companies participate in the costs for the amount of EUR 345,- (excl. VAT) per class or EUR 2.900,- (excl. VAT) for 10 classes (applicable in case of registration at once).
The Food Law Classes will be open to law or science Master students (free of charge, admission upon motivation letter).
