Content of the Class

The given protection is relevant as from the production of ingredients and the development of recipes to the labelling, marketing and branding of the finished product. Using a practical and dynamic approach, we will highlight the advantages, conditions and pitfalls relating to the use of trademarks, patents, designations of origin and other efficient tools to preserve the unique character, value and quality of your food or beverage products.
