Marten Wijma, deputy civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group, in our New York office. He focuses on corporate law.
Marten specialises in providing advice on all aspects of national and international mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures, in particular in respect of private equity transactions. Marten also has expertise in the legal aspects of management/employee participation schemes.
As from 1 June 2023, Marten is working in the New York Office of Loyens & Loeff, where he focuses on cross-border M&A transactions and venture and growth capital transactions.
