Zuzanna joined the Corporate Department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in October 2020.
Prior to joining our firm, Zuzanna gained significant legal experience working in global law firms and multinational companies in London, Warsaw and Amsterdam where she assisted on a broad range of commercial matters, M&A transactions, cross-border restructurings and corporate governance.
She has also previous experience working in international arbitration and international criminal law.
