Eugénie focuses on real estate transactions (asset and share deals) and construction matters. She assists clients in all civil aspects of the due diligence (property, lease agreements, environment, zoning and planning, contracts) and in drafting of contractual documentation (asset and share purchase agreements, deed of sale, lease agreement). She has a particular interest in construction law and assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of various construction agreements, such as (general) contractor agreements, architecture agreements, project managment agreements, etc.
She joined Loyens & Loeff in 2019.
