Robrecht Coppens appointed as new partner

Robrecht Coppens (1984), lawyer, is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group in Belgium. He focuses on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Robrecht has developed extensive expertise in private equity transactions and is recognised in this sector as a next generation lawyer by The Legal 500 EMEA (2018). Clients appreciate his professional savvy combined with a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach and his commercial attitude. As Robrecht is passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, and as he heads the Loyens & Loeff Startup Team, he is also involved in venture capital transactions and provides support to start-ups.
