The exclusion for financial services under the new B2B law
We are organising a webinar on the exclusion for financial services under the new B2B law on Wednesday 16 December 2020.
In this webinar we will discuss the exclusion for financial services under the new legislation on unfair term in B2B contracts. We will not elaborate on the different provisions on unfair terms but focus on the scope of the exclusion for financial services. Aim is to provide further guidance on which financial transactions and contracts fall within or outside the scope of the law.
In order to make it as interesting as possible for you, please do not hesitate to submit your questions beforehand (in the registration form) so we can address them in our discussion.
This webinar will be hosted in Dutch and French.
