Collaborative economics: Judgment of the Constitutional Court dated 23 April 2020

In a judgment dated on Thursday 23 April 2020, the Constitutional Court annulled the law establishing the tax and social security regime relating to associative work, occasional services between citizens and services of the sharing economy provided via an approved platform.

The Court maintains the effects of the law to the services provided until the end of the year.
