New support measures: expansion of corona-paternity leave and measures for companies in restructuring or difficulties

Two royal decrees (Royal Decree No 45 and No 46) have recently been published providing for some additional support measures in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak. These implement, on the one hand, the possibility of taking full-time corona parental leave and, on the other hand, some useful measures to redistribute work, including the system of corona time credit, for companies in restructuring or difficulties.
