My (I)NPA, an enterprise: a legal revision

The Act of 15 April 2018 reforming enterprise law brings undeniable changes to the economic legislation in Belgium. The scope of the specific regulations for enterprises is extended and now also includes (international) non-profit associations ((I)NPAs) and foundations within the framework of the Code of Economic Law (CEL). All (I)NPAs are now fully considered as enterprises. But what are the practical consequences thereto?
