Innovative cafetariaplan 2.0 for BNP Paribas Fortis

Loyens & Loeff assisted in the legal and fiscal development of the BNP Paribas Fortis cafeteria plan 2.0. With this new flexible reward policy, all 15,000 employees receive Unit points in addition to their wages and thus put together their own fringe benefits package.
