How will the new Belgian Companies Code impact your business?

Some of our Belgian partners and counsel explain on 'De Tijd' and 'L’Echo' how the changes in the new Belgian Company Code will impact your business.

This past May 2018, we have launched the concept “Inspiring Beyond – Tomorrow’s Tax & Legal solutions” with a special focus on “Creating value” on the online platform of “De Tijd”  and “L’Echo”.

The online hub contains now three sections:

  • “Business law 3.0” (introduced in October 2017),
  • “Creating value” (published in May 2018),
  • and, the newest addition the “new Belgian Company Code”.
