Strategic IP advice and litigation support

Our IP expertise includes providing strategic advice and drafting and negotiating contractual documentation for intellectual property transactions (licenses, co-existence agreements, assignments of IP rights, etc.). We also represent our clients in litigation before the courts and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings in intellectual property related disputes.

Broad expertise in I(C)T law

The speed of innovation in IT is high. This offers new opportunities, but it also gives rise to challenging legal issues. We regularly draft and negotiate service and maintenance agreements, software licenses, e-commerce terms and other IT related agreements. We also advise on cybersecurity and telecom laws and represent our clients in dispute resolution (in court and via arbitration) in these fields.

Our unique selling points

We have a great deal of experience in providing strategic advice to companies in various industry sectors to help them tackle their IP and/or IT challenges, in preparing and negotiating contracts, conducting audits, etc. If legal action becomes unavoidable, you can also count on our dispute resolution experience, always with a result-oriented approach.
