| Sarig Shalhav (1973), tax lawyer, is a member of the tax department, and dedicated member of the Israeli desk of Loyens & Loeff. Mr. Shalhav advises many international corporate clients and speacialises in cross border M&A, real estate, corporate (re)structuring and financing with a special focus on the Israeli and CEE market. He is currently reading for his Phd at the Amsterdam University and is also the author of a number of publications on tax issues. Mr. Shalhav is a member of the Israeli Bar and the Netherlands Order of Tax Advisers. He speaks Hebrew fluently. |
