Cees Faber (1976) is a tax adviser who specialises in Luxembourg tax. In 2008, Cees joined the New York office of Loyens & Loeff as a senior associate in the Luxembourg tax desk.

He has a particular focus on corporate reorganisations, private equity investments and mergers & acquisitions and the SICAR and SIF.

Cees studied tax law (2001 - University of Leiden) and passed a course in US tax law (2005). In 2002 he started working for the Amsterdam office of Loyens & Loeff and in 2005 in Luxembourg.
Cees is a member of the International Fiscal Association.
