Willem P. Bongaerts (1975), attorney/tax lawyer, specialises in the International tax practice. He advises, among others, European and American multinationals on cross-border transactions, corporate reorganisations, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on creating European investment and private equity funds, real estate investment funds, financing, and holding structures. He worked in the Amsterdam, Luxembourg and New York offices since 1999 and has been at the Eindhoven office since July 2008.
Willem is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), International Fiscal Association (IFA), New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs and Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten. He lectures regularly on international tax aspects. |
