| Vincent Bettonville (1961), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in providing corporate and transactional advice to a wide variety of business organizations, including banks and financial institutions, joint ventures, venture capital firms, manufacturers and professional service corporations. The services provided to these companies include formation and structuring advice and advice on issues of securities law, with respect to general corporate and asset finance transactions. He advises on Dutch law and on matters relating to the Netherlands Antilles and Aruban corporate law. |
