| Veronique Sway, tax lawyer, is a member of the International Tax practice group. She specialises in providing Dutch and Luxembourg tax advice on a wide variety of international transactions, including structuring of joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, structuring of investment funds and other transactions involving cross-border tax planning and tax rulings in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. She provides corporate and transactional advice to a wide variety of corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies and other multinationals, investment fund sponsors, and private equity and hedge funds. She has broad experience in international joint ventures, Latin American investments and international structuring for Mexican corporations and individuals.
