Timo Huisman (1973), attorney, is a member of the Real Estate practice group. He specialises in civil construction law (contracting as well as proceedings in both court and arbitration) and development of large-scale building and infrastructural projects, acting for developers, investors, contractors, municipalities and housing corporations. He is a member of the Project Development team and the Housing Corporation team. Before joining Loyens & Loeff in 2006, he worked at the law firms (Trenité) Van Doorne from 1998 to 2002 and Warendorf from 2003 to 2006, also within the area of civil construction law.

Timo is a member of the Association of Construction Law-Lawyers and the Dutch Association for Tendering Law. He graduated in Dutch law (both Civil Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law) from the Free University of Amsterdam in 1998. He also studied at the Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania (USA) from 1991 to 1992 and at the University of Cape Town (RSA) in 1997.
