Ruben is a member of our Banking & Finance practice group, and is based in our Brussels office.
Ruben joined Loyens & Loeff in 2001. He deals with a wide range of corporate and corporate finance transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on private equity (leveraged buy-outs), syndicated and bilateral loans and credits and related security packages as well as securitisations.
Ruben is also experienced in and focuses on real estate acquisitions. |
