| Roderik J.J. Beckers (1972), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in M&A transactions, group structurings and structured finance projects for French multinationals that have investments and/or holding companies in the Benelux. He has experience in leveraged buyouts, fund formation of private equity and private property funds, as well as investments made by these funds. He has worked in the Paris office for three years and has been seconded to the tax department of an international law firm in Paris. He is a member of the French Desk.
