Peter Adriaansen (1974), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in international tax consultancy relating to holding activities, financing, mergers, joint ventures and takeovers. His special focus is on Spanish and South American multinationals. In addition, he advises on international estate planning. Before he joined Loyens & Loeff, he worked as a tax policy adviser at the Dutch Ministry of Finance. He also served as Inspector of the Budget at the Ministry, focusing on infrastructural investments and public private partnerships.
Peter is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers, IFA and IBA. |
