Pavel der Kinderen (1968), tax lawyer, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group and cochairman of the Pensions team. He specialises in (collective) pension schemes and advises (corporate) pension funds, insurance companies and (large) enterprises, national as well as international, on pension matters relating to national and international mergers and takeovers.
Pavel has published several articles and is a member of the Dutch Association of Pension Lawyers. |
