Nico Jacobs (1972), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. Since September 2006, he is also involved in the Loyens & Loeff Academy where, among other activities, he actively trains attorneys, tax lawyers and civil law notaries in their first period after joining the firm. He is primarily engaged in the general litigation practice, provides advice on supply and purchase arrangements, agency, distribution, franchising, and has wide experience in liability law and in attachment and enforcement procedures. He worked at a German law firm in Frankfurt am Main in 2002/2003 and in the Paris office in 2005 and 2006.
Nico is a member of the Dutch Association of Commercial Law and the Civil Law Association. |
