| Michèle Gysels works in the Brussels’ general tax law department. She focuses on a wide range of Belgian corporate and personal tax law and on international tax law, including matters relating to corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, holdings and double tax treaty issues. She also handles compliance aspects such as completing client tax returns, filing tax appeals and taking care of other tax formalities. She has broad experience in handling tax audits and tax disputes. |
