Maartje Boudesteijn (1973), attorney, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. She specialises in general administrative law, spatial law, environmental law, the grey area between public and private law, and in lease law. She worked for the Dutch Central Government until 1999, after which she became attorney-at-law at a law firm in Rotterdam.
Maartje is a member of the Committee for Objections of the municipalities of Nieuw-Lekkerland and Liesveld and member of the editorial board of Kluwer’s Bouwrecht. She is a lecturer of general administrative law for the Master Class of the law faculty at the University of Utrecht and an acting member of the Practice Law Court of the Erasmus University at Rotterdam. Maartje is also an active member of the Association of Construction Law Attorneys, the Association of Real Estate Attorneys, the Association for Administrative Law (VAR), and the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers. |
