She specialises in registered property, whether commercial or non-commercial and advises on transfer tax and VAT-related transactions. She has wide experience in sale and purchase transactions, notarial transfers, financing and mortgaging of the property, project development and due diligence research, as well as in creating apartment titles and the vesting of leasehold and rights of superficies.
She also handles matters of transfer of Dutch flag vessels, including financing, registration and deregistration. She has many years experience in the civil law notarial practice. |
