Linda Dedrie practises general commercial law in Loyens’ Antwerp office. She provides legal advice and litigation support to clients in relation to real estate contracts and construction law. She further specialises in related environmental issues, with particular expertise on the soil clean up legislation in the Flemish Region.
Linda also advises companies on similar commercial law matters in transactional work, such as in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she has contributed to several publications, including the chapters ‘Verzet’ and ‘Derdenverzet’ in “Bestendig Handboek Burgerlijk Procesrecht” (Kluwer). |
