Laurent Donnay de Casteau works in the Brussels’ tax law department and was based in the Paris office from 2002 to 2004. He specialises in international and corporate tax law. He provides legal advice, represents and assists clients in national and international tax matters and is involved in corporate tax issues including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructuring, structured financing, holdings, joint ventures and expats issues.
Laurent has published on various subjects relating to national and international tax law. He is the co-author of the tax part of the book ‘Belgique’ from the collection ‘Dossiers internationaux Francis Lefebvre’, Editions Francis Lefebvre, France, 2006.
