Katja van Kranenburg-Hanspians (1971), attorney, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. She specialises in employment law, focusing on collective and individual (managing director) redundancy law. She is a frequent litigator and is involved in the right of codetermination in reorganisations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and advises on terms of employment.
Katja is a frequent speaker on various employment law-related topics at seminars and advises on current employment law affairs. She is a member of the Association of Rotterdam Labour Law Attorneys and a member of the Bar since 1998. She also organises in-house employment law sessions for clients. |
