Juliette Huyzer (1971), attorney, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. She specialises in employment law, with the emphasis on individual (including managing director under the articles of association) and collective dismissal law. She has experience in employee representation in reorganisations and restructuring, takeovers, mergers and cross-border labour.
Juliette is a frequent speaker at seminars addressing various aspects of employment law. She is a member of the Amsterdam Association of Employment Law Attorneys and the Society for Labour Law. |
