Juliana Cangussu Dantas (1977), tax lawyer, is a member of the International Tax practice group. She is qualified as a Dutch and Brazilian tax lawyer. She specialises in international tax planning and treaty interpretation and mainly focuses on group restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment and financial structures. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, she worked in São Paulo and Rotterdam.
Juliana is a frequent speaker on international tax matters at conferences and teaches, among others, at the LL.M. programme of the International Tax Center Leiden. |
