Jeroen Bral is a member of the Corporate and M&A department based in the Antwerp office. He advises and assists both national and international clients in relation to M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings as well as general corporate law matters.
Jeroen is also involved in the Banking & Finance practice, with a particular focus on regulatory issues concerning listed companies and capital markets transactions.
