Jan Bart Schober (1975), tax lawyer, is a member of the International Tax practice group. He specialises in advising both national and international companies on company taxation for, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. He focuses especially on (international) financing transactions, including securitisations and repackaging transactions. He is a member of the Russia/CIS Desk. He has worked in the London office for three years, from where he returned to Amsterdam in January 2005.
