Ingmar de Groot (1974), attorney-at-law, is a member of the Real Estate practice group. He specialises in advising on complicated real estate transactions, construction law and development of large-scale building and infrastructural projects, acting on behalf of municipalities, contractors, developers and investors. He also litigates regularly before the ordinary Court and the Arbitration Tribunal.
Ingmar is a lecturer for the OSR, a post-graduate institute in the Netherlands. |
