Hans Dhondt works in the Brussels’ commercial law department. He specialises in intellectual property, fair trade practices, and media and entertainment law. He provides legal advice, represents and assists clients in (national and international) dispute resolution and is involved in the negotiation and drafting of agreements.
Hans has published, has lectured and held seminars on various subjects relating to intellectual property, fair trade practices and media and entertainment law. In addition, he is also an arbitrator and a third-party decider with CEPANI (the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation). |
