Gaby Baaijens (1976), tax lawyer, is a member of the general Tax practice group. She mainly advises domestic and foreign-listed firms, as well as privately owned companies, on corporate and dividend tax in respect of (international) group structuring, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and real estate investments. She specialises in advising German-based clients on investments in or through Europe and European-based clients on investments in Germany. She teaches regularly at the Institute for Law and Finance of the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt.
Gaby is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). She is a member of the German Desk and worked at the Frankfurt office from 2002 through 2005. |
