Frank Doornik (1967), attorney, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group en cochairman of the Pensions team. He specialises in pension-related matters in national and international mergers and acquisitions, all aspects of occupational pension plans, control legislation for company-related pension funds and industrywide pension schemes. He advises both employers, pension funds and works councils on pension-related issues.
Frank is a member of the Dutch Association of Pension Lawyers. He has published several articles on various pension subjects. |
