Frank T.M. Deurvorst (1972), attorney and tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in advising international and national companies as well as controlling shareholders and high-net-worth individuals. He litigates regarding tax disputes, including fines, and assists clients with regard to investigations carried out by the Tax and Customs Administration and the Fiscal Information and Investigation Service and Economic Investigation Service. He has worked at the London office from 2003 to 2005.
Frank is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and the Netherlands Bar Association (NBA). He has been a member of the Appeals Committee of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers since 2006. |
