Frank Dekker (1959), tax lawyer, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. He specialises in international tax law related to cross-border employment and in chain liability (subcontracting and hiring of personnel). He also focuses on employment relations and provides assistance in wage tax audits and disputes with the Revenue.
Frank contributes to the annual issue of Loyens & Loeff publications, such as 'Employment in the Netherlands'. Furthermore, he is a regular visiting lecturer and speaker on wage tax at various trainings and seminars. |
