Etienne Kairis is specialised in international commercial law with a focus on distribution and intellectual property law. He is particularly involved in representing and assisting manufacturers and importers of major consumption goods (with a focus on motor vehicles) in organising, managing and restructuring their distribution network in Belgium.
He also has experience in advising and assisting clients with respect to national and international intellectual property protection strategies (with a particular focus on trademark protection).
Etienne has written on commercially-related subjects and is a speaker at seminars on commercial matters. |
