Christophe Delmarcelle has more than seven years of experience in employment, social security, pension and personal income tax matters. He has a broad experience in individual dismissal, collective dismissal, transfer of undertaking and privacy issues and is very active on compensation and benefits matters such as share related schemes, self-employment, present and defered compensation structures, split salaries, secondments and international mobility issues.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff early 2006, Christophe worked one year as a tax consultant within one of the Big four and 5 years as a lawyer within a major international law office of the "Magic Circle". Christophe publishes regularly in Expat News and other reviews such as Bizz. |
