Anna Gibello is a member of Loyens & Loeff’s Commercial and IP, ICT & Media practice group and specializes in distribution, commercial agency and international contract law. She has considerable experience in providing advice, drafting contracts and undertaking litigation with regard to distribution (in particular in the design, fashion and food sectors), commercial agency, franchising, fair trade practices and general commercial and contract law.
Anna is part of Loyens & Loeff’s Italian Desk, created to offer full service assistance to Italian clients interested in doing business in Belgium.
Anna is a regular speaker at seminars organized by the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce of which she is an active member.
Anna has published on various commercially-related subjects and has written several publications in environmental law for the European Council.
She is also member of the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce (CCBI) of Brussels and of the Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana (AIGLI) of Milano. |
