Alain De Jonge specialises in civil, commercial, and corporate law aspects of real estate transactions. He advises clients on matters relating to property law, acquisition agreements, long-term lease contracts, letting, and hotel contracts.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he worked for a couple of large US firms, first as an associate, and then as counsel.
