Wetsvoorstel aanpassing fiscale behandeling VUT / prepensioen en introductie levensloopregeling (in Dutch)
Op 16 september jl. is het wetsvoorstel VUT/prepensioen en introductie levensloopregeling ingediend bij de Tweede Kamer. Het wetsvoorstel is het gevolg van het mislukken van het overleg tussen Kabinet en sociale partners over invulling van het Najaarsakkoord van 18 november 2003 met betrekking tot het stelsel van fiscale faciliëring ten behoeve van VUT/prepensioen en de introductie van de levensloopregeling.
Deze publicatie beschrijft de veelal grote veranderingen die het Kabinet met het wetsvoorstel beoogt. Tevens is voorzien in een commentaar op het voorstel en wordt ingegaan op de concrete gevolgen voor pensioenregelingen na 2005/2006.
