Wim R.M. Nan (1958), attorney and tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He advises oil and gas production companies that are active in the Netherlands and in the Dutch part of the continental shelf. In addition, he advises several multinationals and organisations on Dutch and international tax law. Furthermore he specialises in the tax aspects of management buyouts. He is well-known for his tax advice and litigation on behalf of professional sportsmen. He advises other professional services sectors, such as consultants and lawyers.
Wim is the Treasurer of the Dutch Bar Association of Tax Consultants (NOB) and a member of the Legal Committee American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham). |
